Kevin Caceres MD is a double board certified Facial Plastic Surgeon serving the St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay area. He focuses on functional, reconstructive and cosmetic procedures of the face and neck. As a board certified Facial Plastic surgeon, he has intimate knowledge of, and comprehensive experience with, the anatomy of the face, neck and nose. Revision rhinoplasty! This patient had a previous rhinoplasty over 10 years ago and was bothered by her high dorsum, droopy tip and columella show. She also had persistent difficulty breathing through the nose. Dr. Caceres performed a revision rhinoplasty to elevate and refine the tip, reduce the dorsum and improve her breathing. She had severe scar tissue in the nose and had her cartilage over resected and poorly refined during her last surgery. Overall this was a very difficult but very successful revision rhinoplasty. These are immediate on the table results so she is already a bit swollen and bruised but we are so excited to see her final results!

The perforation was closed by creating large mucosal advancement flaps above and below the hole on both sides. An alloderm interposition graft was placed. The hole measured 18 x 14 mm and Dr. Caceres achieved a tension free closure in both sides.
