PRP/PRF Procedure
PRP or PRF is harvested by drawing a small sample of blood. The blood is then placed in a centrifuge which, using a special collection container, separates the blood into its separate components. The PRP or PRF is then removed from the sample and injected with small needles into the areas of hair loss. The natural stem cells and growth factors derived from your blood then stimulate hair follicles and encourage them to grow thick, healthy hair again. Most patients undergo at least 3 sessions of PRF or PFP treatment and hair growth results can usually be seen within three to six months.
PRP and PRF is an advanced, minimally-invasive procedures that can restore hair growth and reduce hair loss with minimal downtime.
